Accuracy:
We take the following precautions to ensure quality:
US Medical transcriptionists:
- Medical transcriptionists are special assigned the same dictator in their area of expertise, allowing them to become experts on “their” provider’s style of speech.
- Most of the medical transcriptionists have been working with the company for over five years and some as long as a decade or more.
- All work is proofread by an MD or senior medical transcriptionist.
Off-shore Medical transcriptionists:
- They are hired by an independent company. We train each individual medical transcriptionist ourselves, special assigning them the same dictator in their area of expertise. This enables them to become experts in each provider’s style of speech.
- They are full-time employees (or independent contractors) of a company we have contracted with for years, and they are paid incentive-based salaries.
- Most medical transcriptionists abroad have been working with MD to MD for over five years.
- All work is proofread by an MD or senior medical transcriptionist, as locally transcribed reports are, thus ensuring the accuracy MD to MD is proud of.
