For Dictators using Digital Handhelds you will need:

  1. A VPN connection to MD to MD, Medical Transcription.
  2. A user profile. This will be assigned to you by our administrator.
  3. DigiService-IP Client needs to be installed on a PC in your office.
  4. Installation and configuration of the software that comes with your handheld.

For Medical transcriptionists:

  1. A VPN connection to MD to MD, Medical Transcription.
  2. A user profile. This will be assigned to you by our administrator.
  3. The InstantUpdate.exe file which needs to be installed on your workstation.
  4. You need to install software available from Cryptoheaven in order to access our online site for shared information between ourselves and the facilities you will be transcribing.
  5. Remote software recommended for those working from home for training.
