Document Return and Management:
Your work is accessible 24/7 from any computer with Internet access.
There are several options for document return and we can customize per your needs:
- E-mail attachments: Your reports are set for automatic e-mail at predetermined times of the day. You receive an encrypted zip file which complies with HIPAA standards. Each attachment, besides being encrypted requires a password to self-extract. Since no configuration and IT support is required, this is our most popular method.
- Using iAdmin (formerly iViewer), our web interface: You have more functionality at your fingertips than e-mail (above). You can run searches by patient name, DOS, DOB or almost any other criterion. Click here for snapshots of iAdmin/iViewer interface. From your iAdmin/iViewer profile, your documents can be downloaded to your office PC, printed, or emailed to your colleagues or staff. This is a powerful web-application since it has flexible document management capabilities. Your profile can be customized to suit your needs i.e. we can set your view for a 30-day cycle or 60-day cycle, or more dependent on what is a reasonable working period for your office. You are able to view the life cycle of your voice file from its beginning as untranscribed (you can even listen to the dictation), to available for downloading, signature and distribution. There is some configuration necessary for this application, and each user has a user name and password to ensure another layer of security. This too is a favored method of document return, since your reports are available to you at anytime that it is convenient for you to pick them up. You are able to obtain your STAT job within minutes of having dictated it.

- For hospitals and larger facilities, we are able to integrate with HL7/ADT downloads and OBX uploads per your specifications. We configure a VPN tunnel between our network and yours. In cases like these, reports are set to automatically batch export to you, at predetermined times of the day. They interface with your EMR system and little/no intervention is necessary after setup.
