Archiving:
Our goal is to make your dictations new and old available to you from any computer with Internet access. As a result, we store all your work for free for years to come as part of our service.
If you use our web based interface, iAdmin, reports are available to you for a month or two or three month back-period, per your requirements.
Irrespective of how you have your reports returned, they are stored on our database for years to come. We have multiple drives on our servers, as well as external hard drives that do automatic backups each morning and evening. In addition, a redundant SQL server backup occurs every minute to ensure that your voice and text data will not be lost.
